1. Steps of Reservation

 

Step 1. Message to the Email

Step 2. Medical Questionnaire and Consent Form

You will get the two following files from us.
① Medical Questionnaire
② Consent Form
Please fill in and send them back to us.

Step 3. Appointment Booking

 

You can make an appointment of the physician for your symptoms, diseases, and medication. If you need a medical translator, we can prepare a specialist who specializes the diseases.

Step 4. Payment

 

Please pay the fee for the medical examination and medication. We will inform you the price.

Step 5. ZOOM URL

 

You will get a ZOOM URL, which you can click to join the telehealth examination on the reserved day.

 

 

2. Steps of Medical Examination date

 

Step 1. Log-in to ZOOM URL

You can log in the ZOOM by clicking the URL that you have. You don’t have to download a mobile app or prepare anything. Please just click the URL. You can use your mobile phone, tablet, or PC.

Step 2. Telehealth Examination

You can talk with the reserved physician. The physician already knows you well based on the information of your Medical Questionnaire and asks you several questions to understand your situation more.

Step 3. Pharmacist Explanation

A pharmacist in our team join the telehealth conversation and will explain about the medicines that the physician prescribed. You can ask any question about the medicines. After the pharmacist examination, we send them to your home by air.

Step 4. Receiving the Medicines

 

You will receive the parcel from our partner international shipping company.
